Sticky Maple Salmon with Pot Noodle

This is another super quick supper or lunch dish which is so easy to make using store-cupboard ingredients.

All you need is some of our fillets in the freezer and one of those wonderfully simple microwaveable pot noodles. Voila, good food in five minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 BigFish Sticky Maple Salmon fillet
  • One bought ‘pot noodle’
  • Maple syrup
  • Fresh coriander

    a small bunch, chopped

Method

  • 1.

Microwave the BigFish fillet as per the on-pack instructions.  Whilst it's cooking, prepare the pot noodle as per the pack instructions.

  • 2.

Now just pop the cooked noodles in a warmed bowl.  Cut the cooked salmon fillets into chunks and stir to combine with the noodles.

  • 3.

Drizzle over a little extra maple syrup and stir in the coriander.

  • 4.

You can also add any other veggies you like, frozen peas are quick and easy or tinned sweetcorn would be good!  Just prepare as you usually would and combine with the noodles.

  • “This is also great cold from the fridge the next day (if you have any leftovers!)”
