Smoked Salmon Bagel

Create a taste of New York with this fabulous and easy serving suggestion. You could mix it up by using a flavoured cream cheese, maybe with black pepper or herbs.
Ingredients

Slice of BigFish™ Traditionally Smoked Salmon or Loch Trout

fresh bagel

1 tbsp
good quality cream cheese

1 tsp
chopped fresh chives

a quarter
lemon, juiced

Sea salt and black pepper
to season

mixed salad leaves
a handful
Method

Lightly toast the bagel and allow it to cool slightly. Cook as many as you need for your breakfast guests!

Spread the bagel with the cream cheese and then simply assemble by sprinkling with the cut chives and arranging the smoked fish on top. Add a squeeze of lemon and season well with freshly ground black pepper. Add the salad on top or enjoy on the side.
