Speedy Salmon Stir Fry
Just a few easy ingredients from store-cupboard and freezer for a super-fast dish made with our award-winning Omega3 salmon fillets.
This is an unbelievably easy way to produce a top-quality, balanced meal in just six minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 pack BigFish Garden Mint salmon fillets

1x 300g pack Stir Fry Mix
Lots of different options in the fresh veg section of your local supermarket, just choose your favourite (or get creative and make your own!)

1 tbsp vegetable oil
We like British rapeseed oil but you can use sunflower or coconut oil if you prefer.

Omega3 oil
For drizzling. We used Good Hemp Oil which adds juiciness and an extra hit of healthy Omega3 to this dish!
Method

Cook the BigFish salmon fillets in the microwave according to the pack instructions.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan or wok and stir fry the vegetables for 3 or 4 minutes on a high heat, stirring continuously. Make sure they're piping hot before serving.

Divide the veg between two warmed plates or dishes, pop a cooked salmon fillet on top of each and add a drizzle of Omega3 oil. Eh voila! A super-healthy meal in six minutes!
