This special Organic Salmon is farmed for us in line with strict Organic Aquaculture standards. This means the fish are reared in low density cages with the highest possible welfare standards and fed purely on organic-approved natural ingredients, from sustainable sources which are GMO free.
Made with a strain of rainbow trout which is slow grown for us in Scotland. This Sea Trout is from the same family as salmon and is also naturally rich in Omega-3 but with a distinctive flavour of its own. Winner of the 2019 Quality Food & Drink Award for Best Smoked Fish.
