Good Friday is a perfect day to serve up this lovely, healthier version of Britain's favourite dish!
You just need a few ingredients from the freezer and a couple of minutes to whizz up this Omega-3 rich version of everyone's favourite classic!
BigFish Natural fish fillets (either Natural or Organic Salmon or try it with our Sea Trout)
Pack frozen oven chips (for indulgence, we like McCain Simply Gorgeous chips)
Cup frozen peas
Preheat the oven to 190°C or Gas Mark 5.
Remove all the packaging from the salmon fillets and loosely wrap in lightly oiled tin foil, then place on a baking tray. Pop the tray in the oven and cook for 30-40 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
Put frozen chips on a pre-heated tray with a deep edge and cook as per instructions.
Cook the peas: bring a pan of water to the boil and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.
Take salmon and chips from the oven, put on warmed plates and serve with a dollop of your favourite sauce!
