We make our award-winning BigFish Smoked och Trout to our own recipe in our Grimsby smokehouse.

This delicious smoked fish is made from a strain of rainbow trout, slow-grown for us in lochs.  From the same family as salmon, makes a fantastic smoked product, but with a uniquely delicious, slightly sweeter flavour.

Just like our Smoked Salmon, our Smoked Loch Trout is cured in the traditional way, oak smoked and finely sliced.  Absolutely fantastic on toast, for canapés or even just in a very special sandwich!

This product is chilled and has 21x days use by date.
