Try a healthier take on a burger

Did you know it’s National Burger Day this week, when we’re all supposed to celebrate everything that’s great about burgers?

But if you fancy a change - or the meaty variety isn’t really your thing - how about whizzing up a burger made with salmon?

Because of its firm, meaty texture, Atlantic salmon is a versatile fish which also makes a fantastic burger.  And of course, it’s really, really good for you, being packed full of Omega-3 fatty acids which put it in the special category of ‘oily’ fish - alongside a few other species commonly available in the UK like mackerel and herring.
