Something for Halloween

Here’s a lovely autumn soup recipe that combines seasonal squash or pumpkin with salmon and gentle spices.

This recipe sounds unusual but it really works.  You can make it with our plain or Organic salmon fillets, or with BigFish Brand Sea Trout. And if you serve the soup in a scooped out pumpkin you’ll have a perfect talking point for your Halloween celebration!
