The BigFish brand is joined by two unique new fish cake recipes blending salmon with sweet potato!
Our two new frozen fish cakes combine sweet potato, herbs and spices with a generous serving of our responsibly sourced salmon. Choose from plain Salmon & Sweet Potato or a zesty Eastern Thai version with seasoning that includes lime, coriander and lemongrass. Both recipes are free of artificial additives and rich in Omega3.
The fish cakes cook in under half an hour, straight from the freezer. They are perfect for convenient, healthy meals served with salad or vegetables and the plain one also makes the basis of a great balanced meal for kids.
As with the rest of our BigFish frozen range, the new fish cakes come in our colouful, redesigned cardboard packaging that is also fully recyclable.
