Friday 7 June is the day this year for celebrating and enjoying our national dish!
We eat over 250 million portions of fish and chips every year in Britain, so for all those who love our national dish, #NationalFishandChipDay is just one more excuse to celebrate with a plateful this Friday (June 7th 2019).
Of course, you can do it the traditional way and pop down to your local chippy. If you do, try and choose sustainable cod or haddock - in fact lots of chip shops across the country now proudly display the MSC 'blue tick' logo so that's one to watch out for.
But of course, here at BigFish we're all about salmon.
