Every year in October we celebrate Seafood Week, a chance to revel in all that's great about seafood.
Did you know that as many as 72% of UK adults don't know that the Government recommends that we all eat two portions of fish a week, one of which should be oily?
Seafood Week is an annual campaign which celebrates all kinds of seafood and highlights its health benefits. Since salmon is of course rich in Omega3 (and so one of the ‘oily’ fish species) that's something we can't disagree with here at BigFish - so no excuses for not getting your weekly salmon hit!
