We’re delighted to appear on the BBC World Service this month as part of a new BBC Business radio programme called “The Fish Farming Revolution.”
Looking at the growth of aquaculture and the salmon industry, the programme starts in Norway at a fish farm north of the Arctic circle, before moving to Grimsby to explore the town’s shift from wild-caught fishing to fish processing.
Our factory manager, Luke Gallagher, and directors Louise and Andrew are interviewed and discuss the changing nature of the Grimsby seafood industry and the growing importance of farmed fish in meeting the world’s food needs.
The programme will also be broadcast on BBC Radio Four in May as part of the ‘In Business’ series.
