What do you charge for delivery?

If you order direct from us, UK delivery is free to most UK postcodes, provided you make an order with a minimum value of £40.

Where do you deliver to?

Due to the nature of our product we are unable to take orders which require delivery outside of the United Kingdom.  If you live in the Scottish Highlands or Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scilly Islands or Northern Ireland, please contact us before ordering on 01472 355217 to discuss delivery options.

When can I expect to receive my delivery?

Due to the nature of our products, we only make home deliveries once a week, on Thursdays.  To receive your Thursday delivery, you must place your order before 5pm on the preceding Tuesday. We will contact you via phone or email to confirm your order has been received and to let you know the details of your delivery.

Do I need to be in to receive the delivery?

You must be at home to accept delivery of your order, which is normally between 9.00am and 6.00pm on Thursday. We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended.

How will my order arrive?

Your order will be packed in one of our special insulated boxes and will arrive frozen with dry ice to keep the product in tip top condition. Handle the dry ice carefully as it can be harmful – full information on this is shown on the box when you receive it.
